Long long ago ancient humans had great technocratic civilization. Then the man, whom we now call The First Emperor opened the gates to Vastness and brought demons to our world. There was a great war between the ancients, and demonic hordes of Ebyonite Empire. The ancients used their nuclear power. All the ancient civilization collapsed.

Then the Emperor ruled the Earth for a long time. Under his jurisdiction people were encouraged to use drugs and take part in orgies, to not think, and to just work.

Those who escaped the Emperor united. They formed first Free Families. But they were weak and divided, and they had fallen. Only four Free Families were able to defend themselves and survived: warriorlike Soldats, technocratic Technoclans, occult Ritualists and the most prominent, merchant Hanza. They built a city Omam in an interior (mini-world created with magic), carved in mountains. Now it is the capital of Free Families.

But not only the Free Families defied the Emperor. There are multiple cults of demons, and damned clans all around the lands. They practice necrodruidism or necrotechnology. They praise evil spirits as their gods. Their demons wanted power for themselves, so they escaped the power of Emperor. Among them the most prominent are the city of To'th - city of necromancy, or the cultists of Great K, who build necrotechnic machines fed by human energy and blood.

Our adventure goes on within the walls of Omam. It is a sandbox campaign - so our heroes may do whatever they like, and be involved in any mission they want.
